Tilinpäätöstiedote 2024: Uusi alku vahvalta perustalta – yhdistyminen on iso mahdollisuus

Vuosi 2024 oli IQI:lle merkittävä muutosvuosi, jossa yhdistyminen ja sen valmistelut olivat keskeisessä roolissa. Consultor Finland ja Profit Consulting sopivat yhdistymisestä 5. heinäkuuta 2024, minkä jälkeen fuusiovalmistelut aloitettiin välittömästi, Valmistelut huipentuivat 1.1.2025, jolloin yritykset virallisesti fuusioituivat. Yhdistymisen myötä IQI:n rakenteita, toimintamalleja ja strategista suuntaa on vahvistettu, luoden perustan pitkän aikavälin kehitykselle ja kasvulle. Yhdistyminen on ollut strateginen askel kohti kunnianhimoisempaa, vahvempaa ja yhtenäisempää organisaatiota, joka palvelee asiakkaitaan ja asiantuntijoitaan entistäkin paremmin.

Fuusioituneiden yhtiöiden yhteenlaskettu liikevaihto vuonna 2024 ylitti 20 miljoonaa euroa. Samalla yhtiön kannattavuus ylsi hyvälle tasolle: ilman fuusioon liittyneitä kertaluonteisia kuluja käyttökate ylsi noin 13%:n tasolle. Nykyisissä markkinaolosuhteissa liikevaihdon kehitystä sekä tulosta voidaan pitää erinomaisena. Vuoden lopussa henkilöstön määrä oli 74, minkä lisäksi työllistimme merkittävän määrän verkostomme asiantuntijoita. Alkuvuoden 2025 aikana henkilöstömäärä on jatkanut kasvuaan.

Tulevaisuuden näkymät

Samalla nämä toimenpiteet vahvistavat yhtiön kasvuedellytyksiä ja kilpailukykyä pidemmällä aikavälillä. Integraatioprosessi on edennyt suunnitellusti ja vuonna 2025 IQI keskittyy synergiaetujen hyödyntämiseen sekä yhteisen toimintakulttuurin vahvistamiseen.

A New Beginning from a Strong Foundation – The Merger is a Major Opportunity

The year 2024 was a significant year of change for IQI, with the merger and its preparations playing a central role. Consultor Finland and Profit Consulting agreed to merge on July 5, 2024, after which the merger preparations began immediately. The preparations culminated on January 1, 2025, when the companies officially merged. The merger has strengthened IQI’s structures, operating models, and strategic direction, creating a foundation for long-term development and growth. The merger has been a strategic step towards a more ambitious, stronger, and more unified organization that serves its customers and experts even better.

The combined revenue of the merged companies exceeded 20 million euros in 2024. At the same time, the company’s profitability reached a good level: without the one-time costs associated with the merger, the EBITDA reached approximately 13%. In the current market conditions, the revenue growth and results can be considered excellent. At the end of the year, the number of employees was 74, in addition to which we employed a significant number of experts from our network. During the beginning of 2025, the number of employees has continued to grow.
