“We work in line with our company values. We are prepared for change and approach our work pragmatically. We do not follow a framework simply because it tells us to. We do it because it makes sense,” Jokiaho says when describing DNA’s approach to agile development.

For DNA, agility extends beyond the SAFe framework. It is also about how the organisation as a whole is developed.

“Agile development is carried out together with our partners. We are jointly shaping the DNA way of working. Regardless of the project, what matters to us is that we work together for the benefit of our customers,” Jokiaho concludes.
